By submitting your artwork(due south) you concur to comply with these Terms and Weather condition.
1. Evidence DETAILS:

three. FEES AND COMMISSIONS:
3.1. An entry fee of $10 will exist charged for each artwork submitted for consideration.
Entry fees are not refundable and are payable whether or not the work is selected for showroom.
3.two. A 20% commission is charged on sold work and is payable past Gallery 247 to The KernArt Prize Inc.
4. ARTWORK CATEGORIES:

five. ARTWORK:
5.1. Each artwork must be available for sale for the duration of the show and must non be currently exhibited in whatsoever other fine art show.
5.2. Each artwork must exist the original work of the creative person, must have been produced in the final 2 years and must non have been entered into The KernArt Prize in previous years.
v.3. There are no limits on the size or weight of artwork for entry in 2021, nonetheless artists should exist aware of the shipping costs associated with their submissions.

There is a limit of v submissions made per artist, withal each submission incurs a split up fee, and artists should exist aware that regardless of the online nature of the prove in 2021, each submission volition be subject field to a pre-selection process and the curation process will be held to its usual high standards.
5.5. Each artwork will exist for sale at the price nominated past the artist. Artists must retrieve to include GST where applicable. Artists must too consider the committee that volition exist deducted for KernArt.

5.8 Invitee Artists - Works submitted by a Judge, guest or invited artist will not be eligible for competition. Such works will exist for exhibition and sale just.
v.9 Boosted works - Individual artists may at the discretion of the Organisers exist invited to supply more than than the maximum number of works.
6.0 Exercise NOT Send YOUR ARTWORK TO KERNART! The Artist acknowledges that if their artwork is selected for entry, DO NOT send information technology to KERNART. The creative person will instead exist notified past Gallery247 of where to send artwork if and when it has SOLD.
7. SHIPPING OF SOLD ARTWORK
7.1. The artist acknowledges that when submitting an artwork via Gallery247, they will exist asked to enter the price of shipping their artwork to a heir-apparent. If the artist is unsure of that cost, we strongly recommend contacting your nearest Pack & Send to get a quote based on the size and weight of your artwork. 7.ii. The artist acknowledges that a buyer will pay the price that the creative person has set for their artwork plus the cost of shipping (that the artist has stipulated on their submission). It is important for artists to ensure that their shipping costs are adequate to cover their costs. Neither KERNART nor the buyer will be responsible for errors in shipping costs made by the artist.
vii.iii. Gallery247 will notify the artist of any sale and will send the artist the delivery accost and contact details of the buyer. It is the responsibility of the creative person to arrange shipping / delivery.
7.four. Artists will demand to pay for their shipping upfront and and then funds (cost minus committee plus the aircraft price as set on your Gallery247 details) volition be transferred via electronic transfer to the artist's nominated bank account past Gallery247.

9. Sale OF ARTWORK AND PAYMENT
9.i. Artists will be notified by Gallery 247 if their artwork has sold.
9.2. Funds will exist transferred via electronic transfer to the artist'due south nominated depository financial institution account within 4 weeks of the events conclusion.
9.3. It is the artist'south responsibility to ensure that their bank details are correct in the Gallery 247 system.
9.4. Artists are liable for all and any GST on entry fees; on charges for handling and on sales [where applicable].
9.5. GST (if applicative) on sold artworks will be forwarded to the artist along with the balance of the ex-GST cost after the deduction of any outstanding moneys. It is the responsibility of the creative person to include the GST in their BAS.
x. PRE-SELECTIONS AND JUDGING PANELS
Pre-Option Panel
- Each twelvemonth the Organisers will engage a Pre-Selection panel to review entries.
- The Console volition initially review and assess all submissions received, and will decide which works will be invited to exhibit at the Art Bear witness.
